BlueSens offers reliable, accurate and precise exhaust gas analyzers – Made in Germany. We only use high-quality components in our analyzers. BlueSens offers single analyzers for CO2, O2, CH4 (BCP series), as well as analyzers (BlueInOne & BlueVary) for gas combinations CO2/O2 and CH4/CO2. The analyzers enable PAT-compliant online measurements in real time.
All analyzers provide continuous off-gas data. Sampling is no longer required. BlueSens analyzers can be used in moisture-saturated gas streams without the need to pre-treat the gas. No minimum or maximum flow rates are required. Digital and analog data communication is standard. No additional hardware is required. We offer numerous connection options so that the analyzers can be operated with fermenters of all manufacturers and sizes, from shake flasks to production scales, everything is possible. BlueSens exhaust gas analyzers are used in cell cultures and microbial fermentations and can easily be used with single-use bioreactors (SUB) & fermenters (SUF).

BlueInOne series
BlueInOne is designed to measure concentrations of carbon dioxide and oxygen in biotechnological processes. It can be connected directly to the exhaust gas flow of fermenters and bioreactors from benchtop to industrial scale without a requirement for pretreatment of the gas stream.
BCP series
Defined online real-time gas analysis often is the key to success in modern bioprocessing. The BCP gas analyzers are available for CO2, O2 and CH4. They can be applied in every scale starting from shake flasks or anaerobic digesters in the lab up to industrial scales.
