New 5 or 6-digit ID replaces serial number

Dear customers, the 16-digit serial number will be completely replaced by the 5- or 6-digit ID in the future. If you are asked to provide us with a number in the future, e.g. because you would like to order maintenance or service, please provide the 5 or 6-digit ID. Thank you.
