TRACE C2 Control - Continuous online monitoring and control

Product description
TRACE C2 Control is used for online monitoring of important substrates and metabolites in cultivations of microorganisms and cell lines. Additionally, it provides direct PID and min/max-feed control with an integrated feed pump. TRACE C2 Control provides continuous analysis independent of the type of cultivation (batch, fed-batch, continual cultivation). Due to its structured design and simple operating concept, routine analysis functions can be performed with only a brief introduction. TRACE C2 Control is a compact and cost-efficient device which is controlled through a PC-software included in the package. With its interfaces the device can be easily connected to peripheral instruments and integrated in SCADA systems. By combining the TRACE M4 peripheral device, the TRACE C2 Control can be extended to four measurement channels.

The TRACE M4 peripheral is an extension of the TRACE C2 Control for monitoring up to four different bioreactors. It integrates 4 additional pumps and four 3/2-way valves into the fluidics so that four sampling probes can be operated in parallel. The desired probe is then selected by means of the additional valves. This addition allows a spontaneous change between the four measuring probes without flushing times.

Dialysis Probe - volume free online sampling

The TRACE dialysis probe provides the perfect solution for sterile online sampling in connection with the online analyser TRACE C2 Control, TRACE M4 and MultiTRACE as well as the online bioreactor sampling system TRACE C2 Sampling. It is installed in the bioreactor and can be sterilized in situ. The probe can be used in industrial as well as laboratory facilities. It is suitable for single-use bioreactors via a Kleenpak™-Adapter.

Filtration Probe - sterile sampling from bioreactors
Product description
The TRACE filtration probe is intended for harvesting cell-free filtate from bioreactors and fermenters under sterile conditions.
A tubular microfiltration membrane made of polypropylene, positioned inside the bioreactor, serves as a sterile barrier. The filtration probe is sterilized together with the bioreactor. It is installed in the bioreactor cover port. The cell-free filtrate is sampled continuously or discontinuously at the probe head that is accessible outside the bioreactor. For pumping filtrate, the probe is connected to an external peristaltic pump. For manual sampling conventional single-use syringes can be used.
