What impact does the initial glucose concentration have on metabolic activity on a CHO cell culture? In this work of the Hamburg University of Technology, Institute of Bioprocess- and Biosystems Engineering Germany and Cell Service Center, Hamburg University of Technology BlueSens' BlueVary off-gas analyzer was used to deliver reliable measurements for calculation of specific oxygen uptake rate (qOUR) and specific lactate uptake rate (qLac) as indicators.
