BlueSens entering new markets: How gas analysis is used in bread baking

BlueSens is entering unkown territory. In reaction to a request from yeast industry we designed in cooperation with VH Berlin a compact and cost effective device to measure CO2 in dough and driving force in yeast.

How much CO2 is in the dough? What is the driving force of yeast? YeastForce is a compact and cost effective device combining 3 measurements in one. Customers from baking and yeast industry can determine dough volume and driving force.

With the help of YeastForce it's even possible to measure and visualize the point where the dough breaks. YeastForce monitor software processes the data to a full and complete report. Comparison of experiments is possible.
