Your questions - our answers!

Which communication protocols are compatible with the BlueSens BlueInOne?

The BlueInOne is able to communicate over RS-232 and RS-485. The sensor also offers analog output in a 4 – 20 mA range. For a list of commands and registers, please contact our service team.

The sensor displays no measurements (respectively only 2.3 mA) or sends the error code “wait while heating”?

Usually this means that the sensor is still heating and thus not measuring properly. Please wait until the yellow light is off and the green light gets on (This may take up to an hour, after the sensor is connected to power). After this the sensor should work as usual. If you still don’t receive the expected measurements, please contact our service team.
